1. About iMelonArt and CVisiona
iMelonArt LLC is a venture capital and private equity firm focused on technology, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and related opportunities.
CVisiona is iMelonArt’s technology media, market intelligence, community, and business-development platform. CVisiona may publish editorial content, distribute newsletters, conduct research, host events, engage with entrepreneurs, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide access to experimental products or services.
In these Terms:
-

-
“Services” means our websites, newsletters, content, events, applications, community features, research activities, beta products, and related offerings.
-
“You” or “your” means the person or organisation accessing or using the Services.
CVisiona is a brand and operating platform of iMelonArt and is not a separate legal entity unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, operations, legal obligations, or business practices.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

-
Valuation uncertainty
-
Operational or technological failure
-
Market and regulatory changes

Lack of publicly available information
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Forecasts, projections, targets, estimates, and forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain and may not be achieved.
You remain solely responsible for your own due diligence and investment decisions.
8. Regulatory Status
The legal and regulatory status of iMelonArt may depend on its activities, organisational structure, jurisdictions, assets under management, clients, investors, and applicable exemptions.
Nothing on the Services should be interpreted as a representation that iMelonArt, CVisiona, or any associated person is registered, licensed, approved, or regulated in a particular jurisdiction unless that status is expressly stated in an official disclosure issued by iMelonArt.
Where iMelonArt relies on an exemption from registration or another regulatory exclusion, nothing on the Services is intended to waive, modify, or expand the conditions of that exemption or exclusion.

Editorial coverage, inclusion in a newsletter, participation in an event, or appearance on our platforms does not necessarily indicate that iMelonArt has invested in, endorsed, verified, or recommends the relevant company, founder, product, or service.
Where appropriate, we may disclose material relationships in the relevant content. However, you should not assume that every possible relationship or interest has been disclosed unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Editorial Content and Independence
CVisiona may publish content created by employees, contractors, contributors, interviewees, sponsors, partners, guest authors, or artificial-intelligence systems.
Opinions expressed by individual authors, speakers, guests, or contributors are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of iMelonArt.
We may select, edit, update, promote, decline, unpublish, or remove content at our discretion, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
Publication or editorial coverage does not constitute verification, endorsement, investment approval, or a guarantee concerning any person, company, technology, product, claim, or opportunity.
